By placing an order with Imara Heritage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Many Imara Heritage products are handmade and/or made from natural materials. Small variations in colour, shape, dimensions, texture, grain, pattern and finish may therefore occur between individual pieces.
These natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted products and mean that each piece may be unique.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if a product is defective or does not correspond to the product description.
3. Prices
All prices displayed in our shop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before you complete your purchase.
The total price of your order will be shown before payment.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment information is processed through our payment providers and is subject to their applicable security procedures.
For card payments, payment will not be charged before the goods are dispatched, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Available delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish and EU consumer law, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
8. Complaints & Defective Products
If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your purchase agreement, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content published on the Imara Heritage website — including original photographs, films, written stories, graphics, branding and other original material — belongs to Imara Heritage or is used with permission.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, republished or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
