# Return Policy

At **Imara Heritage**, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise according to the policy below.
## 1. Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase from us online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** without giving a reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day you, or someone chosen by you, receives the item.

## 3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned merchandise should be sent back in a clean and proper condition.
You are allowed to try on the item in the same way you would in a physical store. However, if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to try it on, and this reduces its value, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
To help us process your return smoothly, please return the item with:

Items must not be damaged, washed, altered, stained, or show signs of wear beyond normal try-on.
## 4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
## 5. Refunds
Once we have received the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the price of the returned item and the original standard delivery cost, if applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, we will only refund the amount equal to the standard delivery cost.
Please note that return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part.

At the moment, we may not always be able to offer direct exchanges.

Under Danish consumer law, you have a **2-year legal warranty** if a product has a fault that was present at the time of delivery or caused by something present at the time of delivery.
